PB Works is the old PB Wiki.
I love them! Just wish I could get my teachers to love them. I'm currently working on one with all my notes for a presentation on Virtual Fieldtrips...this way I don't have to do handouts.
I prefer PB Works.
Glad to see there an alternative to MapQuest. Pictures are a nice touch even if some are older.
Just signed up for Pandora...will be great to listen to some oldies. As a Mac user I use iTunes all the time and like it but it's nice to find something else. Now I just have to find time to listen to the music.
I checked out both GoodReads and LibraryThing and prefer GoodReads. It's much easier to add to a collection. Nice that you can add a shelf in GoodReads and list the books you own.

Taking a practical approach I have come to really like Google Docs and PB Works. It's so easy to work on a document at home and know you can access it at school without using flash drives or emailing it to yourself.

I started using the Mac Stickie Notes this summer and really like it. I like the flexibility to change fonts and sticky colors. Tried one on my school computer but I don't like it as well.
Google calendar looks great...can't wait to plug in schoo...
Memphis Public Library has Overdrive, but it isn't supported for Macs. I've looked at Lit2Go and found some great books. While not what we are talking about but I have a Recorded Books subscription that I use on my commute to school and I love it....

I used Face Your Manga for my avatar. Wish I had more computers in the library so my students could design their own.
