Thanks to everyone who made Learn and Discover possible. Both rounds were very enjoyable as well as providing opportunities for learning more about Web 2.0 applications. I hope you will tackle Round 3 next year!

I use wikis to manage content of courses I am taking. I prefer pbworks because it is so intuitive. Here's a sample of a wiki I created on adult piano students. I was able to include images and video clips easily.

I live in downtown Knoxville and created a map of my favorite places to eat and visit. I like being add new places as I think of them.
I tried the free wi-fi mashup, too.
Very interesting, useful, and fun topic! I've been using iGoogle for some time. I synced my Google calendar to my Outlook calendar, which works really well. I added Remember the Milk to my iGoogle page, too.
Then, I tested StickerLite. It's somet...

I created a Diigo account this week and really like it. Previously, I had been using delicious, but I like two things better about Diigo. First, you can highlight specific text and add post-it notes to the web page. Sometimes, when I return to a s...
I tried Google Books and found it to be a wonderful resource. GoodReads is an excellent application for sharing and is available to share on FaceBook, too.
I also tried out the Read Poster. Very fun.
Hey there! Thanks for friending me. I'm so glad ETLA had their meeting at our office. I was excited to show everyone what we do.
I'm happy to be back on Learn & Discover this year. I met so many folks this way.
Becky, I'm glad you've chosen to join Learn & Discover. I feel you will find some of the tasks offer ideas suitable for implementation into your current course of study, and the professional networking is a huge bonus. Thanks for participating!
